Masterton have a number of beautiful and appealing sites where customers can see exactly what they're going to buy - and also usually see surrounding properties that will soon be occupied by their new neighbours.

Choose from our pre-determined packages or let Masterton tailor a Home and Land package to suit you.

Pick a block within an already established Estate and our Home and Land consultants will enthusiastically help you with the entire process.

As a third option, we have a selection of homes at various stages of the development process.

• Some are going through the Council Approval stage
• Some that are approved ready to commence construction
• Some that are already in construction.

3 EASY STEPS IN THE HOME & LAND PACKAGE PROCESS:

Select the home design that you really like, and have the ability to make some of those personal touches that really stamp your personality and preferences on your new home. As part of this we ensure that the entire specification meets all current statutory requirements.

Have your plans prepared, sign the building agreement and exchange on the block. Signing your plans means that we can start the council approval process.
